Go to the Adobe Document Cloud e-Sign Services (formerly EchoSign) Login Page (https://troy.echosign.com). Below where you can enter your credentials, you will find a link that says "I forgot my password".
Click this link and enter your Troy email address in the box that appears and then click "Submit". You will be sent a link in your email that will allow you to reset your Adobe Document Cloud e-Sign Services (formerly EchoSign) password.
