- Go to sos.troy.edu
- Click "Omnilert Login."
- Log in using your Trojan Pass credentials.
- To the right of your phone number, click “Delete.”
- A pop-up will ask if you are sure you wish to delete the number. Click “OK” to proceed.
- A message should confirm that your phone number has been deleted.
- You can also click “Inactivate” to simply deactivate, but not delete, your phone number.
