Ipad Desktop View Mode

This is how to change your iPad over from Desktop View. This will stop the Safe*Connect from asking for you to install the Policy Key on an iPad.

 

My Ipad is asking me to install the policy key.

 

1.  At the log in page, you will tap on the red circled shown below.

 

2.  Choose “Website Settings”.

  

3.  Turn off “Request Desktop Website” and then click “Done”.

 

4.  Type in your Trojan Pass username and password.  DO NOT INCLUDE the @troy.edu at the end of your Trojan Pass username.
