When can I create a profile for TrojanPass?

You must be registered for classes or employed before you can create your profile.

By creating a profile within TrojanPass you will have the ability to reset your password on your own. Without a profile you must contact the Helpdesk at 334-670-4357 or Helpdesk for assistance, which may take longer. The TrojanPass system gives you the ability to more quickly resolve password issues.
