TrojanPass: New Employee Accounts

If you are a new TROY employee there are several steps you and your supervisor will need to complete for you to be able to gain access to the services necessary for your job.

You must complete and submit all paperwork required by Human Resources before completing these steps.

Information Technology personnel will not create these accounts until your information has been entered into Colleague by Human Resources.

Steps in bold must be completed by the secretary/supervisor of the new employees. The steps must be completed in the order listed below.

  1. Submit Paperwork to Human Resources
  2. Review Technology Policies
  3. Receive Your TrojanPass username
  4. Secretary/Supervisor is required to place a helpdesk ticket for New Employee. You may access the New Employee Ticket service here.
  5. Review IT Training and Security policies.
  6. Request Employee Cell Phone, if approved by your supervisor
  7. Sorrell College of Business New Employees have additional steps in regards to new employment. Please go to: SCOB Faculty/Staff
