Where can I obtain a copy of my official transcript?

Official Transcripts are $10.00 and can be requested by going to https://www.troy.edu/academics/academic-resources/records-office/transcripts.html.

Mail a transcript request to:

Include in the mail request the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Last four of SSN
  4. Date/s of attendance
  5. Degree/s earned
  6. Contact information
  7. Recipient/return address
  8. Signature...this is your consent to release your information
  9. $10.00 check or money order
 
Official transcripts are an authorized copy of your academic record.  These are generally used for employment, other institutions, or for certification.
