Canvas is the learning management system (LMS) used at Troy. Canvas simplifies teaching and learning by connecting the most frequently used digital tools in one place. Canvas provides a great place to create, organize, and implement course content, assignments, quizzes, discussions, files, and more.
All faculty are required to complete the Canvas Proficiency Certification Course before gaining access to their course on Canvas. The Canvas Proficiency Certification Course and additional Canvas training is offered on a monthly basis. Instructors will need to complete the CPC course before teaching a course using Canvas.
