Click on the ^ carat to expand the open applications:

Right click on the icon that looks like the one circled in Red:

Now, select Tools and Reset DNS to DHCP as illustrated below:

You should now see this screen and will click “Yes”:

That will open a Powershell windows such as this:

Once it completes, it will disappear and you should now be ready to try getting to the Internet again. If this does not work, please open a Helpdesk ticket at Helpdesk
