Official transcripts (paper or electronic) can be ordered at www.parchment.com or requested in the Transcript Office (paper transcripts only) on the Troy, Alabama campus
Official transcripts are $10.00 each. If the student is ordering (paper transcripts) in the Transcript Office, payment will need to be cash or a check. If ordering online, (paper or electronic transcripts) payment will be made by credit card.
An unofficial transcript is merely an unofficial copy of the student's academic record. This type of transcript can be used to review your records, verify what classes you have taken, grade point average, etc., but does not bear the seal of the University. Unofficial transcripts can be found by navigating to Student Planning in Self-Service, clicking on "Academics" in the upper-left section of the screen, and then selecting Unofficial Transcript.
If the student does not have access to Self-Service, then email outgoingtranscripts@troy.edu to request an unofficial transcript. Please include a photo ID and the last four of the student's social security number. No fee is required for an unofficial transcript.
