How do I get a copy of my transcript?

Get a Copy of Your Official or Unofficial Transcript from TROY

Official Transcripts

The cost of an official transcript is $10.00.

You can order your official transcript online from Transcript Ordering or send a request via mail to:

Adams Administration Building, Lower Level 3
Troy, Alabama 36082

Please include in the mail request the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Last four of SSN
  4. Date/s of attendance
  5. Degree/s earned
  6. Recipient/return address
  7. Contact number
  8. Signature...this is your consent to release your information
  9. $10.00 check or money order

Unofficial Transcripts

If you are in need of an unofficial transcript and are a current student, log in to Self-Service, go to Student Planning, and select Academics in the upper left of the screen. You will see Unofficial Transcript. If you are a previous student and need an unofficial transcript, email outgoingtranscripts@troy.edu with a copy of your valid photo ID, your TROY ID number or the last 4 of your SSN, and the name your account will be listed under at TROY (if different from your valid ID name).
