Official Transcripts

The cost of an official transcript is $10.00.

You can order your official transcript online from Transcript Ordering or send a request via mail to:

Please include in the mail request the following information:

1. Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Last four of SSN
4. Date/s of attendance
5. Degree/s earned
6. Recipient/return address
7. Contact number
8. Signature...this is your consent to release your information
9. $10.00 check or money order

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts may be obtained from the Transcript Department by emailing a request to:  transcripts@troy.edu 

An unofficial transcript is free of charge.
