How to Delete a Phone Number to Your SOS account

  • Go to sos.troy.edu
  • Click "Omnilert Login."
  • Log in using your Trojan Pass credentials.
  • To the right of your phone number, click “Delete.”
  • A pop-up will ask if you are sure you wish to delete the number. Click “OK” to proceed.

  • A message should confirm that your phone number has been deleted.
  • You can also click “Inactivate” to simply deactivate, but not delete, your phone number.
