How to Delete a Phone Number to Your SOS account

Go to sos.troy.edu
Click "Omnilert Login."
Log in using your Trojan Pass credentials.
To the right of your phone number, click “Delete.”
A pop-up will ask if you are sure you wish to delete the number. Click “OK” to proceed.
A message should confirm that your phone number has been deleted.
You can also click “Inactivate” to simply deactivate, but not delete, your phone number.
