TROY E-mail Account Username and Password
Your Trojan E-mail username is your full Trojan E-mail address. Your Trojan E-mail address is your TrojanPass Username with @troy.edu added to the end. (Example: username@troy.edu).
If you do not know your TrojanPass username, click on following link. Fill out the form and click Submit.
What's My TrojanPass Username?
Your TROY email password is the same as your TrojanPass password. If you need to reset your password, visit https://reset.troy.edu to reset your password. If you need your password reset and you are having issues updating your profile or if you are having issues resetting your TrojanPass password, visit our TrojanPass service.
New Employees
If you are a new employee your supervisor should submit a new employee helpdesk ticket. All necessary and approved accounts will be created as part of this ticket. Note that before a ticket can be submitted, the new employee’s information must be in Datatel. Visit the New Employees page for more information:

Types of TROY E-mail Account
Departmental E-mail Accounts
A departmental account is a very useful tool for departments to use for electronic correspondence. Departmental accounts allows departments to have a single point of contact for students and perspective students to ask for information about individual departments.
Departmental accounts have a mailbox size limit of 750 mb.
All users are able to send and receive emails up to 10 mb.
Faculty/Staff E-mail Accounts
All Troy University faculty and staff are required to have and check a Troy University E-mail account. This account should be used for all official Troy University electronic correspondence. If you do not have a Troy University E-mail account please select Submit a Ticket for more information on how to request an account.
Faculty and staff have a mailbox size limit of 100 GB.
All users are able to send and receive emails up to 35 mb.
